Closing a Request

Click for an eye icon to view request information to be closed. The request must be approved by admin and vehicle transaction has been done

Hover and click for the star to evaluate the rating and fill-up your feedback. Then click the "Close this Request" button

After the request has been successfully closed, it will refect on your dashboard list

Disclaimer

All confirmed iVR request shall be reserved for one (1) hour. Otherwise, confirmed request shall be automatically considered as VOID and the assigned vehicle shall be alotted to the next request under the waiting list status.
Cut-off time in receipt of approved iVR request shall be 5PM. Thus, all reservations made beyond 5PM shall be automatically considered for next day processing.
